3. Why does Eagle Real Estate gather this information, and how is it used?
When you order a product or service we use your name, email address, delivery address, and credit card number and expiration date (or financial information) as part of a credit check. This information allows us to process the order and deliver the product or service.
We ask for your telephone number to enable us to contact you if there is a problem with your order or the delivery of a product or service. In the event you have asked for the delivery of tangible goods, we may need to share the telephone number with the carrier delivering the goods.

5. What about third party sites linked to the Eagle Real Estate Web site?
When ordering, registering for, or purchasing products or services from these other companies, you will be entering into an agreement with that company, not with Eagle Real Estate. In these cases, this privacy policy does not apply; instead, the privacy policy of the company actually providing the goods or services will apply. Please note that Eagle Real Estate is not responsible for removing any information from third-party lists with which you are affiliated or from lists or databases maintained by Eagle Real Estate Site Administrators.
12. Can I cancel my Eagle Real Estate account?
Yes, your Eagle Real Estate account can be deleted or deactivated at any time. Once you do so, however, you won't be able to access any Members-only area of the Eagle Real Estate Web site, including your Eagle Real Estate online store account. To delete your account, please contact support@eaglenm.com and be sure to include your Eagle Real Estate username. We will provide complete instructions on deleting or deactivating your Eagle Real Estate account. In the event you send a written request to Eagle Real Estate to delete your personal data, Eagle Real Estate will, subject to any legal obligations imposed on Eagle Real Estate to maintain such records, destroy your personal data or make it unidentifiable in a commercially reasonable amount of time.
In the event you are a participant in a Eagle Real Estate site and want the corresponding Site Administrator to destroy your personal data, you must send such request directly to the Site Administrator. Eagle Real Estate is not liable for any failure by the Site Administrator to destroy or make unidentifiable your personal data.
13. What security precautions are in place to protect my information from hackers or prying eyes?
Your Eagle Real Estate profile is password protected so that only you have access. However, it may on occasion be necessary for Eagle Real Estate employees or contractors working on behalf of Eagle Real Estate to have access to your profile to provide you with support or to perform certain maintenance tasks. This access happens on an as-needed basis only.
We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Also remember to sign out of your Eagle Real Estate account and close your browser window when you have finished your work. 16. Files available for download on this site.
You have the opportunity to download certain files from our website. These files may be in Adobe Acrobat format, Microsoft Word format, or another file format. Eagle Real Estate takes customary steps to insure that such files are free of viruses. Immediately prior to placing these files on our web server, we scan these files with F-Secure Anti-Virus with the most recent virus definitions available. However, Eagle Real Estate assumes no responsibility whatsoever in the event these files or the download process cause damage to your computer or data stored on your computer.
